Curated Venue Spaces

Indoor setup with lots of natural light, ample seating, food & snack area, and multiple workspace areas with seating for 30. Outdoor setup for group workshop; large pool for floating sound bath; outdoor areas for wellness activities + private area for personal calls + wellness breaks.

On-Site Wellness and Personal Development Activities

We have helped facilitate activities such as :
  • Breathwork + Mindfulness. Breath is the link between mind and body. We started the retreat with guided breathwork led y an expert facilitator.
  • Yoga. Following breathwork, an outdoor yoga session was facilitated
  • Floating Sound Bath. The event finished with a floating sound bath. Guests relaxed on floating air mattresses while beautiful flute and sound bowl music allowed them to relax in nature.
  • Movement. Daily movement + mindfulness promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Often, its overlooked due to time constraints or lack of knowledge.
  • Breathwork + Mindfulness. Breath is the link between mind and body. Our body reacts to stressors (tough conversations, a big presentation, daily nuisances like traffic, etc.) by amping our physical state. Conversely, sometimes our energy is low when we need it to be high. We can use breathwork to influence our mindset appropriately for performance.
  • Cold Plunge + Sauna. Cold plunge (ice bath) + Finnish sauna relaxes the mind and body as well as provides an environment to practice the tools of stress management (e.g. breathwork during cold plunge to relax the mind and body.) This is a perfect modality to end the event because participants finish feeling mentally and physically relaxed as well as more deeply connected with the group from the camaraderie of the experience.
