Movement.Daily movement + mindfulness promotes mental and physical wellbeing. Often, its overlooked due to time constraints or lack of knowledge.
Breathwork + Mindfulness. Breath is the link between mind and body. Our body reacts to stressors (tough conversations, a big presentation, daily nuisances like traffic, etc.) by amping our physical state. Conversely, sometimes our energy is low when we need it to be high. We can use breathwork to influence our mindset appropriately for performance.
Cold Plunge + Sauna. Cold plunge (ice bath) + Finnish sauna relaxes the mind and body as well as provides an environment to practice the tools of stress management (e.g. breathwork during cold plunge to relax the mind and body.) This is a perfect modality to end the event because participants finish feeling mentally and physically relaxed as well as more deeply connected with the group from the camaraderie of the experience.
